摘　　要：传统的以教师为中心的课程教学设计已不适合应用型本科人才的培养,而以学生为中心的课程教学设计已逐渐成为新时代大学教学的趋势。以学生为中心来组织课程教学,采取多种教学方式,让学生能主动学习、自主探究学习,帮助他们找到学习的兴趣与方法,树立成才信心,实现最佳的教学效果。讲述教学设计及其过程中的核心要素、以学生为中心的课堂中的一些程序性技巧,以此来提高教学的教学水平,达到较好的教学效果。The traditional Teacher centered curriculum design is no longer suitable for the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents,while the student-centered curriculum design has gradually become the trend of university teaching in the new era.Student-centered to organize the course teaching,take a variety of teaching methods,so that students can take the initiative to learn,independent inquiry learning,help them find interest in learning and methods,establish self-confidence to achieve the best teaching effect.This paper mainly describes the teaching design and its core elements in the process,some procedural skills in the student-centered classroom,in order to improve the teaching level and achieve better teaching effect.
