摘 要:通过问卷调查法、描述性统计分析、二元logistic模型及Pearson相关性分析等实证分析方法客观研究新时代乡村基础教育的发展现状。结果表明,教学及体育基础设施对乡村基础教育环境满意度的影响均在1%的显著性水平上呈正相关性,说明教学或体育基础设施越完善人们对乡村基础教育环境越满意。相关性分析可知,乡村基础教育改革政策落实效果受乡村基础教育不平衡性是否得到改善、乡村教师队伍发展情况及乡村教师待遇等因素的显著影响。大多数受访者认为,乡村基础教育比城镇落后的原因主要在于教育体制改革延迟、学校规模与硬件设施限制及师资力量薄弱三方面,应从提高乡村教师待遇、加强乡村教育师资力量、提高学生的实践能力、促进教育公平及缩小城乡差距等方面进行改进。Through questionnaire survey,descriptive statistical analysis,binary logistic model and Pearson correlation analysis and other empirical analysis methods,the study analyzes the development of rural basic education in the new era objectively.The results show that the influence of teaching and sports infrastructure on the satisfaction of rural basic education environment is positive at the significance level of 1%,indicating that the more perfect the teaching or sports infrastructure is,the more satisfied people are with the rural basic education environment.The correlation analysis shows that the implementation effect of rural basic education reform policy is significantly influenced by the improvement of the imbalance of rural basic education,the development of rural teachers and the treatment of rural teachers,etc.Most respondents believe that rural basic education lags behind urban basic education mainly due to the delayed reform of the education system,the limitations of school scale and hardware facilities,and the weakness of teachers.It is suggested to increase the salary of rural teachers,promote the strength of rural education teachers,improve students’practical ability,promote education equity and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.
