摘 要:目的调查海军军医大学临床医学专业医学影像学课程教学实施情况,了解当下教学存在的不足,针对相关问题提出解决对策。方法2020年1月—2022年1月,通过问卷的形式,对海军军医大学临床医学专业2017—2019级555名学生进行调查,主要内容包括医学影像学教学现状的评分、课程内容的评价,以及关于教学方式的建议。结果学生们对医学影像学课程的整体评分为(4.25±1.01)分,评价较好,学习兴趣较高,但是也存在一定程度的波动。学生因为个人基础(64.86%)和课程知识点过多(51.35%)等问题,在上课过程中缺乏兴趣。教师在授课中注重培养学生分析和解决问题能力,以及帮助学生形成完整的知识结构。学生们希望教师通过多种方式提高课堂上学生的参与度,建议教师采用更为灵活的教学方式。结论此次评价在一定程度上反映了目前教学中存在的问题,以及明确了关于课程教学模式调整的方向,指导教师们针对性地对教学模式进行优化与改革,不断提高教学效果和质量。Objective To investigate the teaching implementation of medical imaging courses in clinical medicine major of Naval Medical University,realize the current teaching deficiencies,and put forward solutions to relevant problems.Methods Through the form of questionnaire from January 2020 to January 2022,a total of 555 students of clinical medicine major in Naval Medical University from grade 2017 to 2019 were investigated,which mainly included the score of the teaching status of medical imaging,the evaluation of course content,and suggestions on teaching methods.Results The overall score of the students on the medical imaging course was(4.25±1.01)points,which was a good evaluation,and the students'learning interest was high,but there was still a certain degree of fluctuation.Students lacked interest in the course due to the weakness of personal basic knowledge(64.86%)and excessive course knowledge(51.35%).In teaching,the faculty focused on cultivating students'ability to analyze and solve problems,as well as helping students form a complete knowledge structure.Students wanted the faculty to increase student engagement in the classroom in various ways,suggesting that the faculty adopt a more inspirational approach to teaching.Conclusion To a certain extent,the evaluation reflects the existing problems in the current teaching and makes clear the direction of the adjustment of the course teaching mode.The evaluation will guide the teachers to optimize and reform the teaching mode,and constantly improve the teaching effect and quality.
