摘  要:目的探索基于问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学联合手术观摩教学在宫腔镜教学方面的应用价值。方法选择2022年1—12月天津中医药大学第一附属医院妇科40名硕士研究生,采用随机数字表法将其分为PBL组与以授课为基础的教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)组,每组20名。PBL组按以PBL教学法联合手术观摩教学的方式进行宫腔镜培训,LBL组按传统授课教学方式联合手术观摩教学进行教学,比较课程结束后2组理论考试成绩、技能考核成绩和教学满意度。结果教学活动结束后,对PBL组与LBL组的成绩进行分析。结果显示,PBL组在理论考核部分得分为(91.65±2.36)分,高于LBL组的(87.00±3.07)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在技能考核方面,PBL组得分为(92.50±2.11)分,亦高于LBL组的(84.90±3.02)分,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。此外,教学满意度的调查中,PBL组对宫腔镜教学法的评价得分为(2.85±0.36)分,高于LBL组的(1.55±0.51)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论PBL教学法联合手术观摩教学不仅在增进学生的学习动力、自主性和参与度方面效果显著,而且在提高学习成效、考试成绩及增强教学体验满意度方面均展现出明显优势,为宫腔镜手术技能教学提供了一种高效的教学策略。Objective To explore the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching combined with surgical observation teaching in hysteroscopy teaching.Methods A total of 40 postgraduate students of gynecology in the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into PBL group and lecture-based learning(LBL)group by random number table method,with 20 students in each group.In the PBL group,hysteroscopy training was conducted by means of PBL teaching method combined with surgical observation teaching,while the LBL group was taught according to the traditional teaching method combined with surgical observation teaching.The theoretical exam scores,skill assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared after the course ended.Results After the teaching activities,the results of PBL group and LBL group were analyzed.The results showed that PBL group scored(91.65±2.36)points in the theoretical examination,which was higher than(87.00±3.07)points of LBL group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).In terms of skill assessment,the score of PBL group was(92.50±2.11)points,which was higher than(84.90±3.02)points of LBL group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).A comparison was made between the PBL group and the LBL group in terms of teaching satisfaction.The PBL group scored(2.85±0.36)points,higher than(1.55±0.51)points of the LBL group in terms of teaching method satisfaction during the hysteroscopy teaching process,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion PBL teaching combined with surgical observation teaching not only has a significant effect on improving students'learning motivation,autonomy and participation,but also shows obvious advantages in improving learning effectiveness,exam scores and teaching experience satisfaction,providing an efficient teaching strategy for the teaching of hysteroscopic surgical skills.
