摘 要:目的探讨小规模限制性在线课程(small private online course,SPOC)混合式教学法在《超声诊断学》实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月—2023年6月齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院2018级30名医学影像专业实习学生为研究对象,采用SPOC混合式教学法对所有学生进行授课。授课前后比较学生的学习成绩,采用批判性思维倾向量表中文版(critical thinking disposition inventory‐Chinese version,CTDI-CV)对学生批判性思维能力进行评估,并采用调查问卷形式了解学生对SPOC混合式教学法在《超声诊断学》实践教学中的满意度。结果调查问卷结果显示,学生对SPOC混合式教学法满意度评分为(140.04±22.51)分,处于“非常满意”等级。授课后学生的分析能力、批判性思维自信、求知欲维度得分高于授课前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但其余维度及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。授课后学生的理论知识、操作技能和综合案例分析评分均高于授课前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SPOC混合式教学法可以激发医学影像专业临床实习生的学习积极性,提升学生对《超声诊断学》理论知识和操作技能的掌握能力,提高学生的自主学习和批判性思维的能力,并受到学生的认可和欢迎。Objective To explore the application effect of small private online course(SPOC)hybrid teaching mode in the practical teaching of Ultrasound Diagnosis.Methods A total of 30 medical imaging interns of grade 2018 from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University from September 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.All the students were taught with the SPOC hybrid teaching mode,and their academic achievements were compared before and after the teaching.The critical thinking disposition inventory‐Chinese version(CTDI-CV)was used to evaluate the students'critical thinking ability,and a survey questionnaire was used to understand students'satisfaction with the SPOC blended teaching mode in the practical teaching of Ultrasound Diagnosis.Results The survey questionnaire results showed that students'satisfaction rating for the SPOC blended teaching model was(140.04±22.51)points,which was in the"very satisfied"level.The scores of students'analytical ability,critical thinking confidence and intellectual curiosity after teaching were higher than those before teaching,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in other dimensions and total scores(P>0.05).The scores of students'theoretical knowledge,operational skills and comprehensive case analysis after teaching were higher than those before teaching,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The SPOC hybrid teaching mode can stimulate the learning enthusiasm of clinical interns of medical imaging specialty,improve the students'ability to master the theoretical knowledge and operating skills of Ultrasound Diagnostics,improve the students'ability of independent learning and critical thinking,and is recognized and welcomed by students.
