摘　　要：开展临床医学专业学位研究生的观察性研究教学,是临床专业人才培养的需要、提高临床科研素养的需要,更是开展临床科研创新的需要。文章分析了在临床医学专业学位研究生群体中开展观察性研究教学的必要性及实践步骤,进一步探讨了专业学位研究生培养可行的方向。中国人民解放军总医院第一医学中心自2020年开始,为提高临床医学专业学位研究生的临床科研素质,组织并开展了多次线上及线下观察性研究的教学活动,教学内容包括:明确开展观察性研究教学的必要性,系统学习观察性研究的内容,梳理并总结观察性研究的内核,通过广泛阅读文献,建立学习小组并学习R语言统计软件,制定阶段性考核作业等形式,持续产出临床研究相关论文、课题及多次大会交流,达到了良好的教学效果。通过在临床医学专业学位研究生群体中开展观察性研究的教学,为我国的临床科研队伍培养出更具严谨科研素养的人才。Carrying out observational research teaching for clinical medicine professional degree postgraduates is a need for the training of clinical professionals,the improvement of clinical research literacy,and the need to carry out clinical research innovation.This paper analyses the necessity and practical steps of carrying out observational research teaching in the group of clinical medicine professional degree students,and further explores the feasible direction of professional degree students'training.In view of this,since 2020,the centre has organised and carried out several online and offline observational research teaching activities to improve the clinical research quality of clinical medicine degree students,including:clarifying the necessity of observational research teaching,systematically learning the content of observational research,sorting out and summarizing the kernel of observational research,reading widely in the literature,setting up a study group and learning the through extensive reading of literature,setting up study groups and learning statistical software in R language,formulating stage-by-stage assessment assignments and other forms,the continuous output of clinical research-related papers,projects and conference exchanges have achieved good teaching results.By conducting observational research teaching among postgraduate students majoring in clinical medicine,more rigorously scientific talents are being cultivated for China's clinical research team.
