摘  要:影像断层解剖学是医学领域的新兴边缘学科,融合了人体解剖学与医学影像学,成为本科医学影像学和影像技术专业的基础课程。随着医学科技的进步,传统教学方法在直观性、互动性和真实性方面的不足日益凸显。为此,锦州医科大学积极引入虚拟仿真教学方法,实现了教学方法的转型升级。虚拟仿真系统不仅提高了学生的学习效果,还使考核结果更加客观公正。同时,面对学生对学习资源和学习方式的新需求,锦州医科大学正在探索开发更先进、便捷的教学资源和平台。联合应用虚拟仿真系统和小程序,在影像断层解剖学课程中展示了显著的优势,集资源库、教学、训练、考试、大数据分析为一体,符合教学及临床相关标准规范,也同时将学习变得更加灵活、全面、多样化,为医学影像学教育带来了革命性的变革。Image tomography anatomy is a new frontier subject in the medical field.It integrates human anatomy with medical imaging and becomes a basic course for undergraduate medical imaging and imaging technology majors.With the development of medical science and technology,the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods in the aspects of intuitiveness,interaction and authenticity have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,Jinzhou Medical University actively introduces virtual simulation teaching method to realize the transformation and upgrading of teaching method.The virtual simulation system not only improves the learning effect of students,but also makes the assessment result more objective and fair.At the same time,in the face of students'new demands for learning resources and learning methods,Jinzhou Medical University is exploring the development of more advanced and convenient teaching resources and platforms.The combined application of virtual simulation system and small program has demonstrated significant advantages in the imaging tomography anatomy course,which integrates resource library,teaching,training,examination and big data analysis,in line with teaching and clinical standards,and at the same time makes learning more flexible,comprehensive and diversified,bringing revolutionary changes to medical imaging education.
