摘  要:罗炳之先生是我国著名的教育家,是中国教育学建设重要的奠基人与建设者。在中华传统文化与新式教育的涵养、海外求学访问经历的重要影响、马克思主义思想的洗礼与熏陶和中国教育实践的磨砺与锻造下,罗炳之先生形成了匡扶时难、情系家国的爱国精神,笃实敬业、甘为人梯的育人精神,敢为人先、自由求真的科学精神,爱智统一、立己达人的仁爱精神,严于律己、笔耕不辍的自律精神以及文以载道、躬行践履的弘道精神,其精神风范作为我国教育家精神谱系的重要组成部分,需要当代教育学人树立“接着讲”的立场,承先生之风范、扬先生之学风、习先生之方法,以期其精神风范薪尽火传,代代不忘。Mr.Luo Bingzhi is a well-known educator and an important founder and builder of Chinese pedagogy construction.Under the influence of Chinese excellent traditional culture,Chinese new education,overseas study and visit experience,Marxist thought and Chinese educational practice,Mr.Luo Bingzhi has formed the patriotic spirit of helping people in difficult times and caring for the family and country,the spirit of educating people with sincerity,dedication and willingness to be a ladder of people,the scientific spirit of daring to be the first,the scientific spirit of freedom and seeking truth,the humane spirit of loving intellectual unity,developing himself and students,the self-discipline spirit of being strict with himself and writing without stop,and the spirit of carrying the way in writing and practicing the way in practice.As an important part of the spiritual pedigreed of Chinese educators,it is necessary for contemporary educators to establish a stand of“continuing to speak”,inherit the style of Luo Bingzhi,carry forward the style of Luo Bingzhi,and learn the research methods of Luo Bingzhi,so as to pass on the spirit of Luo Bingzhi and remember him from generation to generation.
