摘  要:协同育人顶岗实训教学是应用型高校实现人才培养的重要途径,监狱学专业深耕“教育+行业链”相结合的人才培养教学模式改革,探索形成了“A+B+N”协同育人顶岗实训教学模式。高校与行业实务部门通过健全特色组织管理体系,共建实践教学基地,强化师资队伍建设,搭建教学、科研、培训平台和就业保障体系,融通了理论与实践的沟通桥梁,在特殊岗位专业人才培养领域形成“实践实训—反哺教研—人才培养—就业发展”的示范性实践教学综合体系,凝练出可复制、可推广的法学特色专业领域实践教学新模式,为应用型本科高校特殊岗位专业人才培养提供可复制的模板。Collaborative training and teaching in practical settings are important approaches for applied universities to cultivate talents.In the major of penology,a teaching model reform combining"education+industry chain"has been deeply explored,leading to the development of the"A+B+N"collaborative training and teaching model.Universities and industry practical departments collaborate to establish a sound organizational management system,jointly build practical teaching bases,strengthen faculty development,establish teaching,research,training platforms,and employment support systems.This model bridges the gap between theory and practice,forming a demonstrative integrated system of practice-based education in the field of specialized position talent cultivation,encompassing"practice-based training,feeding back to teaching and research,talent cultivation and employment development".It has condensed into replicable and scalable new models of practice-based education with legal characteristics,providing a replicable template for talent cultivation in specialized position majors at applied undergraduate universities.
