基于校企合作的高职英语教师教学创新团队建设路径研究

摘　　要：以校企合作为载体,加强高职英语教师教学创新团队建设,对于精准把握企业人才需求、引导教师提升实践能力、补足传统英语教学短板等方面具有重要意义。校企合作视野下,高职英语教师教学创新团队建设面临着英语教师对校企合作模式把握不足、教师缺乏适配企业发展的教学能力、管理机制不成熟、激励机制不健全等困境,据此,从更新理念、强化管理、能力培养、健全激励等方面,提出英语教师教学创新团队的建设路径。Strengthening the construction of innovative teaching teams for English teachers in vocational colleges through the school-enterprise cooperation is of great significance for accurately grasping the needs of enterprises for talents,guiding teachers in improving their practical abilities,and reinforcing the weaknesses in traditional English teaching.From the perspective of the school-enterprise cooperation,the construction faces difficulties such as English teachers'insufficient grasp of models of school-enterprise cooperation,their lack of teaching abilities fit for the development of enterprises,immature management mechanisms,and incomplete incentive mechanisms.Based on the above,this paper proposes ways of constructing innovative teaching teams for English teachers in the aspects of updating concepts,strengthening the management,cultivating abilities and improving incentives.
