摘 要:目前,人们对环境保护、食品质量、食品的包装材料提出了更高的要求。天然、优质、安全、无毒、价廉、可降解的可食用包装材料逐渐成为食品包装领域的研究热点。可食用涂膜的研究取得了显著的增长,预计在未来会对食品质量产生重要影响。作为生态友好的生物降解包装,大量的天然聚合物已被用于生产可食性薄膜和涂料。文章综述了如植物粉、果蔬残渣、树胶等天然可食用成分,作为创新食品包装系统的潜力材料,为可食用涂膜材料的选择提供理论依据。At present, people put forward new requirements for environmental protection and food quality, and food packaging materials. Natural, high quality, safe, non-toxic, inexpensive and degradable edible packaging materials have gradually become a research hotspot in the field of food packaging. The research on edible coatings has seen significant growth and is expected to have an important impact on food quality in the future. As eco-friendly biodegradable packaging, a large number of natural polymers have been used to produce edible films and coatings. In this paper, natural edible ingredients such as plant powder, fruit and vegetable residue, gum, etc. are reviewed as potential materials for innovative food packaging systems, and provide theoretical basis for the selection of edible coating materials.
