摘  要:目的探讨以肺结节在线教学案例库为基础,融合基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)、基于案例的学习(case-based learning,CBL)和第二课堂的多模式教学法在放射科住院医师规范化培训的应用价值。方法 选取入2019年—2023年在该院放射科接受规范化培训的住院医师61人,观察组采用多模式教学,对照组采取传统方法教学。课后进行理论知识考核、阅片技能考核和问卷调查。结果 观察组的理论知识考核成绩(77.40±11.09)分和阅片考核成绩(76.40±10.45)分高于对照组(71.40±8.87)分和(68.24±9.17)分,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组对教学方法的评价也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多模式教学法激发了住院医师对影像学的兴趣和学习自主性,提高了其临床思维与影像诊断水平。Objective To explore the application value of a multimodal teaching method in standardized training of radiology residents,which was based on the online teaching case base of pulmonary nodules and composed of problem-based learning(PBL),case-based learning(CBL)and second classroom.Methods A total of 61 students who received standardized training in the Department of Radiology at Xiangya Second Hospital of Central South University from 2019 to 2023 were included in the study.They were taught with multimodal teaching(observation group)and traditional teaching methods(control group)respectively.The teaching effect was evaluated through professional assessment and questionnaire survey.Results The theoretical assessment score(77.40±11.09 points)and film reading assessment score(76.40±10.45 points)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(71.40±8.87 points and 68.24±9.17 points)(all P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching methods in the observation group was also better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The multimodal teaching method can stimulate students'interest and learning autonomy in medical imaging,and improve their clinical thinking and radiological diagnosis capability.
