摘  要:高职院校教师教学创新能力的提升是当前教育改革的重要方向。《国家职业教育改革实施方案》等众多政策对高职教师在教学创新能力上的提升提供了政策支撑和保障,但仍面临一些问题。从高职院校教师教学创新能力的内涵出发,针对当前高职院校教师教学创新能力面临的问题,提出了针对性的提升路径,包括更新教学理念、创新教学方法、整合教学资源、加强教学团队合作等。这些措施有助于激发教师的创新精神,提高教学质量,培养具有创新能力的优秀人才。The enhancement of teaching and innovation capabilities among higher vocational college educators represents a significant direction for current educational reform.Policies such as the"National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan"offer substantial support and assistance to improve the innovative teaching abilities of vocational teachers.Nevertheless,certain challenges persist.This paper begins by examining the essence of the teaching innovation capabilities of higher vocational college teachers and addresses the issues they currently face.It proposes targeted strategies for improvement,including updating educational philosophies,innovating teaching methods,integrating teaching resources,and strengthening collaboration within teaching teams.The implementation of these measures is conducive to inspiring an innovative spirit among teachers,enhancing the quality of education,and cultivating outstanding talents with innovative capabilities.
