摘 要:人力资源规划是企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,是企业战略与业务实施之间的桥梁。传统的人力资源规划难以同时兼顾人力资源数量和质量的平衡,企业战略匹配程度也有待提高。基于胜任力视角的人力资源规划,可以弥补传统人力资源规划的不足,在匹配企业战略的同时,平衡人力资源的数量和质量。文章从对胜任力的理解出发,分析了基于胜任力视角的人力资源规划优势,并提出了基于胜任力视角的人力资源规划流程。Human resource planning plays an important part in human resource management for enterprises and serves as the bridge between corporate strategy and business operation.In terms of traditional human resource planning,it is difficult to strike a balance between quantity and quality of human resources on the one hand;and on the other hand,the matching degree with a specific corporate strategy also needs to be further improved.However,competency-based human resource planning can make up for the deficiency in traditional human resource planning.In addition to remaining consistent with the corporate strategy,quantity and quality of human resources achieve balance.Starting with the comprehension of competency,this study analyzes the advantages of competency-based human resource planning and puts forward the specific competency-based human resource planning process.
