摘　　要：产业结构升级显著影响了当前的高等职业教育。本研究针对高职酒店人力资源管理课程教学中存在的“多理论少实践,重概念疏对接”问题,引入PBL教学法进行教学改革。通过建立真实问题情境、融合知识点分析、团队合作实践及多元评价机制的教学改革策略,对接行业需求,增强学生的实践操作、问题解决及创新能力,以培养实践型人才。The upgrading of industrial structure has significantly affected the current higher vocational education.This study aims to address the issue of"more theory,less practice,and more emphasis on conceptual integration"in the teaching of human resource management courses in vocational hotels.PBL teaching method is introduced for teaching reform.By establishing a teaching reform strategy that integrates real-life problem scenarios,knowledge point analysis,team collaboration practice,and diverse evaluation mechanisms,we aim to meet industry demands,enhance students'practical operation,problem-solving,and innovation abilities,and cultivate practical talents.
