摘  要:高职生思想政治教育是培养高职学生思想政治素质的重要途径,因材施教作为一种教学方法,可以更好地满足学生的个性化学习需求。因材施教的核心理念是因人而异、因材施教,通过个性化教学,达到更好的教育效果。在高职生的思想政治教育中,因材施教需要教师根据学生的特点制订个性化的教学计划、采用多种教学方式和手段。虽然因材施教在高职生思想政治教育中具有显著的优势,但同时也存在一些问题,例如实施难度较大、资源配置不均等。因此,需要在实践中不断探索和完善因材施教的实现方式,提高高职生思想政治教育的质量和效果。Ideological and political education is an important way to cultivate the ideological and political quality of higher vocational college students.Differentiated instruction,as a teaching method,can better meet the personalized learning needs of students.The core concept of differentiated instruction is to tailor teaching to individual students’needs,achieving better educational outcomes through personalized teaching.In the ideological and political education of higher vocational college students,differentiated instruction requires teachers to develop personalized teaching plans based on students’characteristics and adopt various teaching methods and means.Although differentiated instruction has significant advantages in the ideological and political education of higher vocational college students,there are also some problems,such as the difficulty of implementation and uneven resource allocation.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously explore and improve the implementation of differentiated instruction in practice to improve the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political education for higher vocational college students.
