摘  要:“人才是第一资源”,“没有人才,一切归零”,企业的竞争核心是人才的竞争。从人才强国到人才强企意识不断树立,对于企业来讲,必须要提升人才队伍的核心能力,并加快优化人资管理方式。员工教育培训是提升企业人才核心能力的重要渠道,应顺应时代发展对人才的需求进行改革与创新。对此,本文重点探讨加强企业员工教育培训管理工作的对策,希望能够为企业员工教育培训管理提供一定的借鉴。“Talent is the first resource,”“Without talent,everything resets to zero.”The core of enterprise competition is talent competition.From establishing a talent-strong nation to a talent-strong enterprise,awareness is continuously being established.For enterprises,it is essential to enhance the core capabilities of the talent team and accelerate the optimization of human resource management methods.Employee education and training are vital channels to enhance the core capabilities of enterprise talents.They should be reformed and innovated to meet the demands of talent in the era of development.This paper focuses on strategies for strengthening the management of employee education and training,hoping to provide some reference for enterprise employee education and training management.
