摘 要:以推动先进评估理念落地为“抓手”,旨在促进体育教育人才培养高质量发展。利用扎根理论对因果元素的识别、聚合与类属优势,借助质性分析软件Nvivo对42位亲历者访谈资料进行分析,以及运用结构方程模型(SEM)对理论模型进行验证。研究发现:(1)为体育师范生提供进入教师岗位的学习机会,准确测评体育师范生的教育实习实际效果,提供反映实习培养质量的证据材料,是师范专业认证对体育教育专业教育实习评价的内在要求;(2)评价目的失重、评价内容失准、评价方法失衡和评价标准失真是现实困境的4个直接影响因素,各因素上贡献率最高的观测变量分别为促进性忽视、针对性不足、过程性欠缺和客观性较差。由此,针对性地提出转变评价目的、更新评价内容、变革评价方法、优化评价标准等行动路径。The implementation of advanced evaluation concepts is an important way to promote the high-quality development of sports education talent cultivation.Using grounded theory to identify,aggregate,and classify causal elements,analyzing interview data from 42 individuals using qualitative analysis software Nvivo,and validating the theoretical model using structural equation modeling(SEM),the research has found that:(1)providing opportunities for physical education teacher trainees to enter the teaching position for learning,accurately evaluating the actual effectiveness of physical education teacher trainees'educational internships,and providing evidence materials reflecting the quality of internship training are the inherent requirements of teacher training professional certification for the evaluation of physical education professional education internships;(2)The direct impact paths of four real-life dilemmas were identified,which are weightlessness of evaluation objectives,inaccurate evaluation content,imbalanced evaluation methods,and distorted evaluation standards.The observation variables with the highest contribution rates on each path were promoting neglect,insufficient targeting,lack of process,and poor objectivity.Therefore,targeted action paths such as transforming evaluation objectives,updating evaluation content,changing evaluation methods,and optimizing evaluation standards are proposed.
