摘　　要：1+X证书制度改变了传统逻辑下职业教育发展思路,提升了以职业技能培养为中心的职业教育工作能力,实现了职业教育的与时俱进。新时期职业教育对1+X证书制度的运用,要明确其核心优势,把握其实施发展趋势,构建人才培养载体,采用建立基于职业证书管理的职业教育体系,加强围绕职业证书的教育实践评估,优化职业技能培养学分管理标准及深化校企合作对接等多种实施路径,以期提升基于1+X证书制度的职业人才培养质量。The 1+X certificate system changes the development idea of vocational education under the traditional logic,enhances the working ability of vocational education centered on vocational skills training,and realizes the advancement of vocational education with the times.In the new era,the application of 1+X certificate system in vocational education should clarify its core advantages,grasp its development trend,construct the carrier of talent training,adopt the establishment of vocational education system based on vocational certificate management,strengthen the evaluation of educational practice around vocational certificate,optimize the credit management standard of vocational skill training and deepen the docking of school-enterprise cooperation,so as to improve the quality of vocational talent training based on 1+X certificate system.
