摘  要:职业教育与劳动教育的融合,是新时代提升职业人才培养质量的关键途径,有助于增强职业人才的实践操作能力,使其在劳动实践中发挥更大的作用。针对当前劳动教育实践中存在的问题与困境,高职院校应采取构建职业院校统筹管理教育体系、完善职业教育与劳动教育平衡发展体系、创新职业院校多元合作的劳动教育实践模式等对策,为职业教育赋能劳动教育的发展创造更有利的条件,培养出更多具备高度实践能力和创新精神的高素质职业人才,为社会的进步和国家的繁荣作出更大的贡献。The integration of vocational education and labor education is a key way to improve the quality of vocational talent cultivation in the new era,which helps to enhance the practical operation ability of vocational talents and make them play a greater role in labor practice.In view of the current problems and difficulties in the practice of labor education,higher vocational colleges should take countermeasures such as building a comprehensive management education system of vocational colleges,improving the balanced development system between vocational education and labor education,and innovating the multi-cooperative practice mode of labor education of vocational colleges,so as to create more favorable conditions for the development of labor education empowered by vocational education,cultivate more high-quality vocational talents with high practical ability and innovative spirit,and make greater contributions to the progress of society and the prosperity of the country.
