摘  要:食品安全检测与人们的身体健康密切相关,其主要内容是按照国家相关标准来检测食品中的有害物质。随着社会经济的发展,人们的饮食结构、饮食方式、饮食习惯发生改变,对食品安全检验工作的要求也越来越高。在此背景下,食品安全检测技术不断创新,多种新型微生物检测技术逐渐被应用在食品安全检验领域中,显著提高了检测效率和质量。本文概述了微生物检测技术在食品安全检验中的应用,以供参考。Food safety testing is closely related to people’s physical health,and its main content is to detect harmful substances in food according to relevant national standards.With the development of social economy,people’s dietary structure,dietary habits,and habits have changed,and the requirements for food safety inspection work are also increasing.Food safety inspection indicators can reflect the status of food safety and the level of food production management.With the continuous innovation of food safety detection technology,various new microbial detection technologies are gradually being applied in the field of food safety inspection,significantly improving detection efficiency and quality.This article provides an overview of the application of microbial detection technology in food safety inspection for reference.
