摘 要:目的:研究聚酰胺/ 乙烯- 乙烯醇共聚物/ 聚乙烯(Polyamide/EVOH/Polyethylene,PA/EVOH/ PE)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/ 铝/ 低密度聚乙烯/ 线性低密度聚乙烯(Polyethylene Terephthalate/Aluminium/ Low Density Polyethylene/Linear Low Density Polyethylene,PET/Al/LDPE/LLDPE)、PET/LDPE 复合包装膜的超高压杀菌适应性。方法:在4 ℃温度下经600 MPa 超高压处理3 min 后,检测3 种复合包装膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和热封强度。结果:与对照组相比,3 种复合膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和热封强度均有所下降,PET/Al/LDPE/LLDPE 和PET/LDPE 在热封强度测试时发生层间剥离,热封强度下降幅度较大,其中PET/LDPE 的热封强度下降46.3%。在40 ℃条件下储存10 d 后,除内容物为95% 乙醇的复合膜断裂伸长率有所回升外,其他复合膜的各项性能指标均呈下降趋势。结论:相较于其他两种材料,PA/EVOH/PE 更适合作为超高压杀菌工艺的水性和油性食品的包装材料。Objective:To study Polyamide/EVOH/Polyethylene(PA/EVOH/PE),Polyethylene Terephthalate/Aluminium/Low Density Polyethylene/Linear Low Density Polyethylene(PET/Al/LDPE/LLDPE),PET/LDPE composite packaging film for ultra-high pressure sterilization adaptability.Method:The tensile strength,elongation at break and heat sealing strength of the three composite packaging films were measured after 600 MPa ultra-high pressure treatment at 4℃for 3 min.Result:Compared with the control group,the tensile strength,elongation at break and heat sealing strength of the three composite films decreased,and the interlayer peeling of PET/Al/LDPE/LLDPE and PET/LDPE occurred during the heat sealing strength test,and the heat sealing strength of PET/LDPE decreased by 46.3%.After 10 days of storage at 40℃,the elongation at break of the composite film with 95%ethanol content increased,and the performance indexes of the other composite films showed a downward trend.Conclusion:Compared with the other two materials,PA/EVOH/PE is more suitable as the packaging material for watery and oily foods in the ultra-high pressure sterilization process.
