摘 要:制备新型的碳球@铂@活性炭纳米复合材料(Cs@Pt@ACn),并构建电化学传感器对白酒中甲醛进行定量分析。通过对萘酚(Nafion)质量分数、纳米材料以及富集时间的优化,确定传感器的最佳工作条件。结果表明:Cs@Pt@ACn对甲醛具有良好的电催化作用和吸附性,可以有效提高传感器的灵敏度。传感器的最佳工作条件为Nafion质量分数1.0%、Cs@Pt和ACn质量比50∶3、富集时间40 s。氧化峰电流(Opc)分别在甲醛浓度0.05~5.0μmol/L和5.0~1800μmol/L范围内与其呈线性关系,检出限为0.0183μmol/L,制备的传感器对常见干扰物有良好的抗干扰能力,稳定性好,操作简单,灵敏度高,可对白酒中甲醛进行快速定量分析。A new type of carbon spheres@platinum@activated carbon nanocomposites(Cs@Pt@ACn)was prepared,and an electrochemical sensor was constructed for detecting formaldehyde in baijiu.The optimal working condition of the sensor was determined through optimization of the mass fraction of Nafion,nanomaterials,and enrichment time.The results showed that Cs@Pt@ACn had good electrocatalytic and adsorption properties for formaldehyde,and could improve the sensitivity of the sensor.The optimal working condition of the sensor was Nafion mass fraction 1.0%,the mass ratio of Cs@Pt and ACn 50∶3,and enrichment time 40 s.The oxidation peak current(Opc)had a linear relationship with formaldehyde concentration in the range of 0.05-5.0μmol/L and 5.0-1800μmol/L,and the detection limit was 0.0183μmol/L.The prepared sensor had good anti-interference ability against common interfering substances,and had good stability,simple operation,high sensitivity,which could quickly and quantitatively analyze formaldehyde in baijiu.
