摘 要:目的探讨新时代背景下以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)+专业与时政内容相结合的教学法(CPL)+以案例为基础的教学法(CBL)在中医外科学中的应用对学生自主学习能力、学习效率的影响。方法将甘肃中医药大学中医学(免费医学定向)2017级162名本科学生平均分为实验班和对照班,对其分别采取PBL+CPL+CBL和讲授式教学法(LBL)+CPL+CBL进行教学。对两个班级学生的学习情况进行问卷统计比较分析。结果采用PBL+CPL+CBL三联教学法的实验班课堂教学质量和效果、学生对教学法选择的满意度均高于采用LBL+CPL+CBL的对照班。结论PBL+CPL+CBL三联教学法有助于提高学生的自主学习能力,能够提高学习效率,更能在网络在线学习中增强学生关心时政的意识,培养其医德和自我学习意识。Objective To explore the influence of PBL+CPL+CBL triple teaching method on students’self-regulated learning abil⁃ity and learning efficiency in the teaching of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era.Methods Divide the 162 under⁃graduate students in 2017 of traditional Chinese medicine(free medical orientation)in Gansu University of Chinese Medicine into ex⁃perimental class and the control class on average,and the teaching methods of PBL+CPL+CBL and LBL+CPL+CBL were adopted respectively.The study of the two classes of students to carry out a statistical comparative analysis of the questionnaire.Results The experimental class with PBL+CPL+CBL teaching method has higher teaching quality and effect and students’satisfaction with teach⁃ing method choice than the control class with LBL+CPL+CBL.Conclusion The triple teaching method of PBL+CPL+CBL can help improve students’autonomous learning ability,improve learning efficiency,enhance students’concern about current politics,culti⁃vate medical ethics,and cultivate self-learning consciousness in online learning.
