摘  要:成果导向教育(OBE)教学理念有助于推进“以学生学为中心”的教学模式改革。在教学实践中,将OBE教学理念与金课建设标准相结合,必将推进学生知识、能力、素养的全面提升。教学评价是教师成长、学生进步的“催化剂”,构建方剂学教学评价体系,在学习过程中按阶段开展对课程认知性、执行力的自我达成性评价,持续反省与改进,对于达成高峰成果至关重要。OBE education concept is helpful to promote the reform of“student-centered”teaching mode.In the teaching practice,the combination of OBE education concept and golden course construction standard will certainly promote the comprehensive improve⁃ment of students’knowledge,ability and accomplishment.Teaching evaluation is the“catalyst”for the growth of teachers and the progress of students.It is crucial to build a prescription teaching evaluation system,carry out self-achieving evaluation of curriculum cognition and execution by stage in the learning process,and continue to reflect and improve,so as to achieve peak results.
