摘 要:探讨院校合作下急救护理学课程思政对高职护生职业认同、心理健康状况的影响。选取江苏省某高职院校护理专业2019级176名学生和2020级184名学生作为研究对象,将2019级护生作为对照组,2020级护生作为观察组,对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组在对照组的基础上实施课程思政。在教学前后分别采用护士职业认同感量表和心理资本量表测量两组护生的职业认同感和心理健康状况。研究表明,对急救护理学实施课程思政可以增强高职护生对护理职业的认同感及促进其心理健康。Exploring the impact of Ideological&Political education in first aid nursing under hospital-college cooperation on nursing students'vocational identity and mental health status in higher vocational colleges.176 nursing students enrolled in 2019 from a certain higher vocational college in Jiangsu Province and 184 nursing students enrolled in 2020 were selected as the research subjects,nursing students enrolled in 2019 were selected as the control group,and nursing students enrolled in 2020 were selected as the observation group.The control group received traditional teaching methods,and the observation group received Ideological&Political education on the basis of the control group.Before and after teaching,the Nurses'Vocational Identity Scale and the Psychological Capital Scale were used to measure the vocational identity and mental health status of two groups of nursing students.Research has shown that implement Ideological&Political education in first aid nursing can enhance the recognition of nursing profession among nursing students and promote their mental health in higher vocational colleges.
