摘  要:目的:该研究对PBL与DOL联合教学运用于皮肤科临床实习带教方面展开探究。方法:将50名临床实习生通过随机方式平均分为观察组和对照组,观察组展开PBL联合DOL教学,对照组展开传统教学。借助学生满意度调查、mini-CEX以及认知考试成绩等对两组教学效果进行评估。结果:观察组实习生的理论知识考试得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。根据mini-CEX评价结果,观察组实习生的临床综合、组织效率、临床诊断、沟通咨询、面谈技能能力优于对照组(P<0.05)。学生问卷调查显示,观察组实习生在增加团队合作能力、临床技能提升、主动学习刺激、咨询技能提高、总体满意度方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL联合DOL教学有利于提高实习生临床实践能力和综合能力,可为皮肤科临床实习教学模式的改进提供参考。Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of bedside problem based learning(PBL)combined drive-oriented learning(DOL)model on dermatologic teaching in medical students.Methods:Fifty interns were randomly divided into the study and control groups.The study group received bedside PBL combined DOL teaching while the control group received traditional teaching.The teaching effectiveness of the two groups was evaluated by students'satisfaction surveys,the mini clinical evaluation exercise(mini-CEX)and cognitive test scores.Results:The average cognitive test score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).For the mini-CEX,the overall clinical competence,organizational efficiency,clinical judgment,counseling skills and medical interviewing skills in study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).For the students'satisfaction surveys,the enhancement of teamwork,improvement of clinical skills,stimulation of active learning,facilitation of counseling skills and overall satisfaction were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PBL combined DOL teaching model is beneficial for improving the practical and comprehensive abilities of interns in clinical,which provides meaningful references for improving the teaching mode in dermatology clinical internships.
