摘  要:薪酬制度在高校吸引人才、稳定队伍方面起着重要作用,并影响教师的工作态度.合理的高校薪酬制度体系可以提高教师的工作积极性,提高高校的核心竞争力,进而促进教育事业的发展.分析我国高校薪酬制度现状和当前高校薪酬制度存在的问题,从薪酬制度建设、考核体系完善等方面提出薪酬制度设计的建议,促进建立符合国情且具有特色的高校薪酬制度体系.The compensation system plays a crucial role in attracting and stabilizing talent in universities,as well as influencing employees’work attitudes.A reasonable compensation system in universities can enhance teachers’work enthusiasm,improve the core competitiveness of universities,and further promote the development of education.By analyzing the current status and existing problems of the compensation system in Chinese universities,this article proposes suggestions for the design of the compensation system in terms of system construction,assessment system improvement,and other aspects,aiming to promote the establishment of a compensation system that is in line with national conditions and has unique characteristics for universities.
