摘  要:邵达成是湖北师范教育发展史上重要的教育家,他为湖北高等师范教育事业做出过重要贡献。邵达成在创办华中师范学院黄石分院过程中,他博大精深的师范教育思想成为办学兴校的关键法宝。通过对邵达成师范教育思想的透视,再次领悟他对立足师范教育,聚焦综合素养,坚持教师主导,发挥教研优势等方面的独特见地。邵达成的师范教育思想对我国当前高等师范院校发展变革具有重要借鉴意义,主要体现在为高等师范院校在发挥专业特色、加强师资培养、树立素养导向、深化科教融合等方面提供新的审思视角。SHAO Dacheng is an important educator in the development of normal education in Hubei Province.He has made important contributions to higher normal education in Hubei.In the process of founding Huangshi Branch of Central China Normal University,SHAO Dacheng’s extensive and profound thoughts on normal education became the key magic weapon for running and rejuvenating the school.Through exploring his normal education thought,his unique insights on the basis of normal education,which focuses on comprehensive literacy,adheres to teacher leadership,and gives full play to the advantages of teaching and research,can be better understood.SHAO Dacheng’s thought on normal education has provided important reference significance for the development and reform of higher normal colleges in China,as it offers a new perspective for higher normal colleges to give full play to their professional characteristics,strengthen teacher training,establish literacy orientation,and deepen the integration of science and education.
