高职院校二级学院自主开放式教学督导实践——以广州城市职业学院旅游学院为例

摘  要:教学督导在规范教学行为、促进教学改革、提高教学质量方面发挥着重要作用。伴随着高职院校内部管理体制的改革,二级学院成为教学工作主体,构建校院二级教学督导体系势在必行。在探讨基于校本《质量标准》的教学督导工作重心从规范教学转向质量保证的基础上,运用PDCA循环理论从督导机制建设、督导工作定位、专项督导探索等方面提出二级学院教学督导体系的构建。并以旅游学院为例,分析了督导工作体系运行:参与专业诊断与改进;实施闭环质量保证;开展专业质量自评;持续自主诊改培育质量文化。Teaching supervision plays a crucial role in regulating teaching practices,driving teaching reforms,and enhancing teaching quality.With the internal management system reform in vocational colleges,secondary colleges have assumed primary responsibility for teaching activities,necessitating the establishment of a dedicated teaching supervision system.Building upon a transition from standardized teaching supervision to quality assurance based on institutional standards,this paper proposes the development of a teaching supervision system for secondary colleges,focusing on mechanisms,roles,and specialized supervision using the PDCA cycle theory.Using the Tourism Department as a case study,this paper analyzes the operational framework of the supervision system:engaging in professional diagnosis and enhancement,implementing closed⁃loop quality assurance,conducting self⁃assessment of professional quality,and fostering a culture of continuous self⁃improvement.
