摘 要:数字时代的到来使得教育教学方式与内容都发生了巨大变化,教师作为数字时代教育的主体,在教学过程中扮演着重要角色。教师研修是推动教师发展和提升教育质量的根本保障。然而,传统意义的教师研修或教师发展的方式、理念等在数字时代面临着根本性的变化。教师共同体研修形式从传统的教研室集体备课或是基于某一主题的现场培训等集体教研方式,逐步向基于“跨校修读”学分课程形成的教研共同体,再向以“虚拟教研”为全新模式的教师虚拟共同体转变。对于翻译教师而言,数字技术和在线资源可赋能翻译教师的研修活动,提升教育质量和翻译教育水平。The advent of the digital age has brought about significant changes in both the methods and content of education and teaching.Teachers,as the mainstay of digital education,play a crucial role in the teaching process.Teacher training or development is the fundamental guarantee for promoting teachers’self-development and improving educational quality.However,traditional forms and concepts of teacher training or development face fundamental changes in the digital age.The form of teacher communities has gradually shifted from traditional lesson planning in group or on-site training based on specific themes to research communities formed through cross school learning,and even further to virtual teacher communities as a completely new model based on“virtual teaching and research”.For translation teachers,digital technology and online resources can empower their training activities,enhancing educational quality and the level of translation education.
