摘 要:基于顾客满意度模型,本研究探索了国际中文线上教学满意度的影响因素,并尝试建构教学满意度模型。本研究采用探索性因子分析法提取出1个满意度因子和7个影响因子,分别为:教学满意度、质量感知、感知价值、技术支持、生生互动、学生期望、教师形象、教师经验;利用回归分析和结构方程模型,本研究探讨了7个影响因子对教学满意度的作用关系。结果发现:教学满意度受多个因素共同影响,影响最直接也是最大的因素是感知价值和技术支持;质量感知和生生互动通过感知价值间接影响教学满意度;学生期望通过质量感知间接影响教学满意度;教师形象和教师经验通过学生期望间接影响教学满意度。教学满意度模型为国际中文线上教学满意度测评提供了一定的参考。Based on the customer satisfaction model,this paper explores the factors influencing the satisfaction of international Chinese online teaching and attempts to construct a teaching satisfaction model.Firstly,one satisfaction factor and seven influencing factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis.According to the content contained in the factors,they are defined as teaching satisfaction,quality perception,perceived value,technical support,student-student interaction,student expectations,teacher image,and teacher experience.Then,using regression analysis models and structural equation models,the relationship between seven influencing factors and the teaching satisfaction was further explored.The results showed that perceived value and technical support have a direct and significant impact on teaching satisfaction;quality perception and student-student interaction indirectly affect teaching satisfaction through perceived value;student expectations indirectly influence teaching satisfaction through quality perception;the teacher image and teaching experience indirectly affect teaching satisfaction through student expectations.The teaching satisfaction model provides certain reference for evaluating the satisfaction in online international Chinese teaching.
