摘　　要：随着全球教育数字化的转型发展,数字教材已经成为智能时代数字化教育资源建设的核心要件。英国基础教育数字教材建设历经多年发展逐渐形成四种数字教材类型:计算机辅助教学的电子教材、弱交互式的多媒体数字教材、计算机协同学习的集成式数字教材和实现自适应教与学的智能型数字教材。英国通过全局统筹打牢数字地基、立法保护完善数字版权、市场先行引领数字教材开发、多元参与协助数字教材评估采购、师资建设提升数字化教学应用能力等一系列施政举措,探索出“市场运作+政府支持”的发展路径。英国的实践经验,突显出数字教材建设的先驱性与创新性,不仅标志着其在教育数字化领域的成功转型,也向世界展示了可供借鉴的发展模板。With the transformation and development of global education digitization,digital digital teaching materials have become the core elements of digital education resource construction in the intelligent era.After years of development,the construction of digital textbooks for basic education in the UK has gradually formed four types of digital textbooks:computer-assisted teaching materials,weakly interactive multimedia digital materials,integrated digital materials for computer-supported collaborative learning,and intelligent digital materials that achieve adaptive teaching and learning.The UK has explored a development path of“market operation+government support”through a series of governance measures such as consolidating the digital foundation through global coordination,legislating to protect and improve digital copyright,leading the development of digital textbooks in the market,assisting in the evaluation and procurement of digital textbooks through diversified participation,and enhancing the application capabilities of digital teaching through teacher construction.The practical experience of the UK highlights the pioneering and innovative nature of digital textbook construction,which not only marks its successful transformation in the field of educational digitization,but also presents a development template for the world to learn from.
