劳动教育融入高职课程建设的研究——以“无人机维护技术”课程为例

摘　　要：无人机作为一种智能化、自动化的飞行器,需要定期保养和维护。由于无人机可能长时间在恶劣环境中作业,无人机设备不可避免地会受到一定损坏,如果长期不修复出现的故障,很可能会引起严重的安全问题,最终导致无人机出现飞行事故,造成经济损失。无人机应用技术专业的相关岗位对学生的无人机维护保养能力提出要求,对学生的劳动意识、吃苦耐劳精神要求更高。因此,应结合新时代航空类高职院校无人机应用技术专业人才培养模式,将劳动教育有机融入专业课。从课程整体设计、课程内容设计、课程实施、课程评价几方面入手进行课程体系创新建设,并重塑师生新时代高职劳动教育价值观,构建与专业课相适应的高职劳动教育逻辑体系,在专业实践教学中践行劳动教育思想,从而实现劳动教育融入高职专业课程教学全过程。As an intelligent and automated aircraft,UAV needs regular maintenance and maintenance.Because the drone may operate in harsh environments for a long time,the drone equipment will inevitably be damaged.If the failure is not repaired for a long time,it is likely to cause more serious safety problems,which will eventually lead to flight accidents of the drone and cause economic losses.The relevant positions of UAV application technology specialty put forward requirements for students’UAV maintenance ability,and have higher requirements for students’labor consciousness and hard-working spirit.Therefore,labor education should be organically integrated into professional courses in combination with the training mode of UAV application technology professionals in aviation vocational colleges in the new era.Starting from the overall design of the course,the design of the course content,the implementation of the course,and the evaluation of the course,the innovative construction of the curriculum system is carried out,and the values of higher vocational labor education in the new era of teachers and students are reshaped,and the logical system of higher vocational labor education adapted to the professional courses is constructed,and the labor education thought is practiced in the professional practice teaching,so as to realize the integration of labor education into the whole process of higher vocational professional course teaching.
