摘　　要：高职校园文化建设是提高学生综合素质、培养创新人才的重要途径,在新时代背景下,为了满足社会对高素质人才的需求,高职院校应当推动校园文化建设高质量发展,为人才培养工作提供良好的校园环境。该文通过使用文献研究法,基于高职院校的特殊性进行综合分析与探讨,得出了以下结论:高职院校在开展校园文化建设时存在文化氛围不足、活动单一、教育缺失等问题。在此基础之上,高职院校应当从实际情况出发,通过开设文化课程、举办文化讲座与培训、加强国际交流与合作、利用新媒体技术拓展文化传播渠道等措施,更好地服务于学校发展与学生成长,为培养高素质技术技能人才提供有力支撑,推动职业教育高质量发展。The construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges is a crucial pathway to enhance students'comprehensive qualities and cultivate innovative talents.In the context of the new era,the development of campus culture in higher vocational colleges should focus on high-quality advancements to meet society's demand for highly skilled professionals.However,current circumstances reveal challenges in campus culture construction in these colleges,such as a lack of cultural atmosphere,limited diversity in activities,and deficiencies in educational initiatives.To address these issues,higher vocational colleges should tailor measures to their specific situations,including the establishment of cultural courses,organization of cultural lectures and training,enhancement of international exchanges and collaborations,and the utilization of new media technologies to broaden channels for cultural communication.These initiatives aim to better serve the overall development of the institution and the growth of students,providing robust support for the cultivation of highly skilled technical talents and contributing to the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.
