摘  要:特殊教育普惠发展背景下发展特殊职业教育可以促进残疾学生个体和家庭、残疾人群体和社会及教师和特殊教育发展。目前,发展特殊职业教育仍然面临着诸多现实挑战。为此,应坚持立德树人,加大就业法规政策执行力度,加强党建助残和部门联动,精心设置课程,推进校家企社融合,提高就业率,消除各种隐患。The 20th National Congress of the CPC proposed to“strengthen the inclusive development of special education”. Regarding the development of special vocational education,the“National Action Plan for the Development and Promotion of Special Education in the 14th Five-Year Plan” emphasizes special vocational education as the primary focus at the senior high school level. In alignment with the current national strategy of“strengthening the inclusive development of special education”,this paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the background,significance,opportunities,challenges,and the current state of special vocational education. It also presents suggestions and measures on how to advance special vocational education in the new era.
