摘 要:随着现代科技手段在医学领域的广泛应用,为积极促进医学院校科技伦理教育与时俱进创新发展,从科学共同体、新医科教育范式、培养科技向善的医学创新人才三个层面,阐述了医学院校科技伦理教育共同体的生成逻辑,从科技伦理教育的定位、教育理念、育人主体三个维度,梳理了医学院校科技伦理教育共同体所包含的价值取向,进而从科技向善、多元融合、共生发展等理念出发,探讨了通过成立医学院校科技伦理教育联盟实现科技伦理教育的协同育人机制、开发科技伦理教育共享资源,以及推动科技伦理治理制度化发展等实践路径。With the widespread application of modern technology in the medical field,it is imperative to actively promote the innovative development of technology ethics education in medical schools.From the perspectives of the scientific community,new medical education paradigms,and the cultivation of medical innovation talents with ethical awareness,this paper elucidates the logical construction of the community of medical school technology ethics education.It outlines the positioning,educational philosophy,and educational subjects of technology ethics education,and delineates the value orientation contained within the community of medical school technology ethics education.Furthermore,it explores the principles of technology ethics education,such as technology for good,diversity integration,and symbiotic development,and discusses practical pathways,including the establishment of a medical school technology ethics education alliance to achieve collaborative education,the development of shared resources for technology ethics education,and the institutionalization of technology ethics governance.
