摘 要:医学教育具有历史悠久性、职业导向性、实施主体多重性、教学内容复杂性、资格准入性、学术权威掌控性、师徒传承性等特点。在医学教育逐渐成熟的过程中,医学教育学的学科地位逐渐确立。医学教育学是在医学与教育学基础上形成的交叉学科,具有明确的学科特征。医学教育学是研究医学教育理论的基础学科,指导医学教育实践的应用学科,植根于医学与人文的复杂学科,横跨医学与其他学科的交叉学科。需要在学科归属、机构与人员、招生等方面进一步完善现有机制和体制,加快推动医学教育学学科的建设。Medical education possesses various characteristics such as historical significance,career orientation,multiple implementation subjects,complexity of teaching content,access to qualifications,control of academic authority,inheritance of mentorship,etc.As medical education gradually matures,the disciplinary status of medical education is gradually established.Medical education is an interdisciplinary field formed on the basis of medicine and education,with clear disciplinary characteristics.Medical education is a fundamental discipline that studies the theory of medical education,an applied discipline that guides the practice of medical education.It is rooted in the complex disciplines of medicine and humanities,and spans the interdisciplinary field of medicine and other disciplines.It is essential to further improve the existing mechanisms and systems in terms of disciplinary attribution,institutions and personnel,enrollment to accelerate the construction of medical education discipline.
