摘 要:目的探讨戴明循环法(PDCA)联合情景模拟法在提高肿瘤内科实习教学质量中的价值。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月九江市第三人民医院肿瘤内科接收的86名实习护生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与常规组,各43例。常规组采用传统带教方法,观察组实施PDCA联合情景模拟法教学,比较两组带教后考核成绩、综合能力及满意度。结果观察组基础理论知识及实践操作技能评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组健康教育、护理操作、应急能力、护患沟通能力评分及综合能力总分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组带教模式、教学内容、讲解能力、教学态度、教学效果的满意度评分及总满意度评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤内科实习带教中应用PDCA及情景模拟法教学,可有效提高教学效果,提升护生综合能力,且教学满意度高。Objective To explore the value of deming cycle(PDCA)combined with scenario simulation method in improving the quality of in-ternship teaching in oncology.Methods 86 intern nursing students admitted to the Oncology Department of the Third People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the observation group and the conventional group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The conventional group adopts traditional teaching methods,while the observation group implements PDCA combined with scenario simulation teaching,the assessment scores,comprehensive abilities,and satisfac-tion after teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The basic theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills scores in the ob-servation group were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of health educa-tion,nursing operations,emergency response ability,nurse patient communication ability and overall ability in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of teaching mode,teaching con-tent,explanation ability,teaching attitude,and teaching effectiveness and overall satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA and scenario simulation method in the internship teaching of oncology can effectively improve teaching effectiveness,enhance the comprehensive ability of nursing students,and have high teaching satisfaction.
