“大思政”视域下高校继续教育改革路径探析

摘　　要：高校继续教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,是国民提高素质、增长知识、拓展技能的重要途径。《中国教育现代化2035》提出了建成服务全民终身学习的现代教育体系的目标,对继续教育改革提出了新要求。高校继续教育存在办学理念出现偏差、管理存在短板、教学质量低下、师资队伍建设薄弱等现实问题,基于此,以“大思政”为视角,从彰显教育初心、推进教育数字化、建立特色教学体系、强化师资队伍建设、突出教育评价五个维度探究继续教育改革路径,助力高校继续教育高质量发展。Continuing education is an important part of China’s educational system in colleges and universities,and a vital pathway to improve quality,increase knowledge and expand skills for citizens.“China Education Modernization 2035”has set the goal of building a modern educational system that serves lifelong learning for all,which puts forward new requirements for the reform of continuing education.In view of the practical problems such as the deviation of the concept of continuing education in colleges and universities,the shortcomings of management,the low quality of teaching,and the weak construction of teaching staff,this paper explores the reform path of continuing education from five dimensions of highlighting the original intention of education,promoting the digitization of education,establishing the characteristic teaching system,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and emphasizing the evaluation of education from the perspective of“Great Ideological and Political Education”,so as to assist in the high-quality development of continuing education in colleges and universities.
