新文科建设背景下应用型大学中国法律史教学改革的思考

摘　　要：新文科建设同课程思政的建设目标有相通之处,作为专业课教师,需要通过教学内容的设计,实现教学的育人目标。而应用型大学的培养目标决定了教学对象的特殊性,是教学过程必须考虑的因素。因此,根据新文科建设及应用型大学人才培养的需要,在法律史教学中明确教学目标,调整教学内容,丰富教学方法,对于培养德法兼备的应用型人才具有重要意义。The construction of new liberal arts has similar goals to the construction goals of ideological and political courses.As a teacher of professional courses,it is necessary to effectively play the hidden role of educating people in the teaching process through the design of teaching content.The training objectives of applied universities determine the particularity of the teaching objects,which is a factor that must be considered in the teaching process.Therefore,in accordance with the needs of the construction of new liberal arts and the cultivation of talents in applied universities,clarifying teaching objectives,adjusting teaching content,and enriching teaching methods in legal history teaching are of great significance to cultivating applied talents with both morality and law.
