摘　　要：虚拟仿真实训教学是高等职业院校食品类专业培养食品质量安全与营养健康方向高素质、高技能人才的关键环节。从应用现状、存在的问题、发展的必要性等方面探讨了虚拟仿真技术在高职院校食品类专业实践教学方面的应用效果,提出虚拟仿真实训技术创新应用的建议,为高职院校食品类专业虚拟仿真技术的建设、实训教学改革、取证竞赛模式和校企合作等提供借鉴。Virtual simulation practical teaching was a key link for food safety majors in higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality and skilled talents in food safety and nutrition.This paper mainly analyzed the application of virtual simulation technology in practical teaching activities in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of application status,existing problems and the necessity of development.This paper also put forward corresponding suggestions on the innovative application of virtual simulation technology,so as to provide references for the construction of virtual simulation technology in food majors in higher vocational colleges,the reform of practical training teaching,the mode of forensics competition and school-enterprise cooperation.
