摘  要:党的二十大报告指出,“要全方位夯实粮食安全根基,牢牢守住十八亿亩耕地红线,确保中国人民的饭碗牢牢端在自己手中”。理化分析类课程实验教学是高校培养农产品安全质量检控主力军的重要途径。教学团队依托欧倍尔虚拟仿真平台,依据农产品食品检验员岗位需求,融入赛项要求,嵌入农产品食品检验员国家职业技能等级证书标准,重构“果蔬产品营养分析”教学内容,优化“理虚实”一体化教学模式,创新“学懂弄通做实”六环教学策略,全时全程多元多维立体化精准评价帮助学生更快速高效地掌握各类理化分析时采用的仪器设备使用技术的要点,全程融入“一库一思一课一题”思政教学,对发挥理化分析类课程育人功能最大化、为课程教学改革提供范式指引具有重要启示意义。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should consolidate the foundation of food security in an all-round way,firmly hold the red line of 1.8 billion mu of arable land,and ensure that the Chinese people's jobs are firmly in their own hands.The experiment teaching of physical and chemical analysis course was an important way to train the main force of agricultural product safety and quality prosecution.The teaching team relies on the Obel virtual simulation platform,according to the post requirements of agricultural product food inspectors,integrates the competition requirements,embeds the national professional skill level certificate standard of agricultural product food inspectors,reconstructs the teaching content of Nutrition Analysis of Fruit and Vegetable Products,reformed the integrated teaching mode of“theory,fiction and reality”,and constructs the six link teaching strategy of“learning,understanding,making sense and making reality”.Full time,full time,multi-dimensional and accurate evaluation helped students master the key points of the use technology of instruments and equipment used in various physical and chemical analysis more quickly and efficiently,and integrate the ideological and political teaching of“one library,one thought,one lesson and one question”in the whole process,so as to continuously improve the students'learning effect.
