摘  要:以“果品蔬菜贮运学”课程为例,针对工程认证和新工科背景下对人才需求的变化及传统教学模式的不足,结合线上教学的经验,提出基于CDIO工程教育理念的混合式教学模式设计与实施方案。结果表明,教学模式改革提升了学生主动思考、分析、团队协作和解决问题等能力,是适应时代发展的教学模式。Taking Fruit and Vegetable Storage and Transportation course as an example,in response to the change of the demand for talents and the deficiencies of the traditional teaching model under the background of engineering education accreditation and new engineering,and combining the online teaching experience during the epidemic period,a blended teaching method design and implementation based on the CDIO concept was presented.The results indicated that the teaching reform effectively improved students'ability to think,analyzed and solved practical problems,and it was a suitable teaching model under the new situation.
