摘 要:目的 探究口腔种植学实验课开展效果。方法 选取新疆医科大学2018级口腔专业本科生作为研究对象,对口腔专业本科生两次实验课下颌骨模型操作及文献检索综述撰写情况等进行评分。结果 学生第二次实验课下颌骨模型操作总分及相关操作满意度(对种植外科流程的掌握、种植器械的选择使用、以肘关节为转动支点的操作、种植体近远中向位置植入的满意度)均高于第一次,课后学生文献检索综述撰写评分高于课前,第二次实验课前预习的人数多于第一次(P<0.05)。结论口腔种植学实验课能提升本科生口腔种植操作能力及科研思维能力。Objective To explore the effectiveness of experimental courses of oral implantology.Methods Selected undergraduates enrolled in 2018 majoring in stomatology from Xinjiang Medical University as the research subjects.Rate the operation of mandibular models and literature review writing in two experimental classes for undergraduates majoring in stomatology.Results The total score and satisfaction with the operation of the mandibular model in the second experimental class were higher than those in the first class,including mastery of the implant surgery process,selection and use of implant instruments,operation with the elbow joint as the pivot point,and satisfaction with the placement of the implant in the proximal and distal directions.After class,the score for writing literature search reviews was higher than before class,and there were more people previewing before the second experimental class than the first one(P<0.05).Conclusion Experimental course of oral implantology can improve undergraduates′implanting and scientific research thinking ability.
