健康中国背景下西藏自治区小学“立体循环式大课间”模式构建与实践

摘　　要：在广泛开展“全国亿万学生阳光体育运动”的活动之际,西藏自治区各小学根据国家相关要求开展大课间体育活动,但开展情况却不容乐观,普遍存在学生多、师资少、活动场地受限等问题。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法、逻辑分析法调查分析西藏自治区的部分小学大课间活动现状、存在问题及影响因素,提出“小场地立体循环式”建议,从场地、人员、内容、游戏、自编操、循环跑等方面丰富大课间的内容,为相关教育管理部门制定政策提供理论和实践参考,促进阳光体育运动的横纵向发展。On the occasion of the extensive implementation of the"Sunshine Sports for Hundreds of Students Nationwide"campaign,primary schools in Tibet carry out recess sports activities in accordance with relevant national requirements.However,the development situation is not optimistic.There are generally many students,few teachers,and insufficient activities.Issues such as limited space.This article uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,data statistics method,and logical analysis method to investigate and analyze the current situation,existing problems and influencing factors of recess activities in several primary schools in Tibet,and puts forward the suggestion of"small venue three-dimensional circulation",starting from the venue,personnel,content,games,self-compiled exercises,cycle running and other forms of directions to enrich the content of large classes,provide theoretical and practical reference for relevant education management departments to formulate policies,and promote the horizontal and vertical development of sunshine sports.
