摘 要:棚室木耳菌包栽培普遍采用人工吊袋和人工采摘木耳,国内外尚没有棚室机械自动采摘木耳的研究和产品成功的案例。为了减轻劳动强度、采大留小,实现纵轴和横轴的相对运动,设计了高速木耳采摘机。试验应用证明,高速木耳采摘机可有效增加木耳产量,提高木耳质量,减轻劳动强度。该研究以期为木耳生产工艺的提高与改进提供参考。Artificial hanging bag and manual picking of fungus are widely used in the cultivation of fungus bags in sheds,and there are no successful cases of research and product success at home and abroad for automatic harvesting of fungus in sheds.In order to reduce the labor intensity,pick the large and leave the small,and realize the relative movement of the longitudinal axis and the horizontal axis,a high-speed fungus harvester was designed.The test application proves that the high-speed fungus harvester can effectively increase the yield of fungus,improve the quality of fungus,and reduce labor intensity.The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the improvement and improvement of the production process of fungus.
