依托红色资源高职导游专业第二课堂建设实践——以阜新高等专科学校为例

摘　　要：文旅业高质量发展,对导游人才培养提出诸如理想信念坚定、实践能力强等一系列新要求。红色资源是宝贵的教育资源。阜新高等专科学校借助红色资源的育人功能,挖掘和利用地域红色资源,将红色资源与导游专业第二课堂建设紧密结合,促进了旅游高等职业教育教学水平和人才培养水平持续提升,充分发挥了新时期导游人员的服务能力。With the high-quality development of cultural and tourism industry,a series of new requirements have been proposed for the training of tour guides,such as firm ideals and beliefs,and strong practical abilities.Red resources are valuable educational resources.By virtue of the education function of red resources,Fuxin Higher Training College taps and utilizes regional red resources,integrates the red resources with the construction of second classroom of tour guide major,promotes the continuous improvement of the teaching level and talent training level of higher vocational education,and gives full play to the service ability of tour guides in the new era.
