以学生为中心的高职英语“三教”改革探析——基于福建省某高职院校的问卷访谈调查

摘  要:一些学生的英语水平较低,高职院校在实施英语“三教”改革过程中应注重以学生为中心,从教师、教材、教法进行重新定位,设计并实施适合学生英语基础的新型英语教学体系,以培养出符合企业需求的新时代高素质技能型人才。文章分析福建省某高职院校的问卷调查,探讨福建省某高职院校的访谈调查,指出以学生为中心的高职英语“三教”改革路径主要是加强“双师型”英语教师培养工作,消除教师的职业倦怠现象,对现有教材进行补充,改革教学方法,加强校企合作式专业英语教学。Some students have a low level of English proficiency.In the process of implementing the "teachers,textbooks,teaching methods" reform in English,vocational colleges should focus on putting students at the center,repositioning from teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods,designing and implementing a new type of English teaching system suitable for students' English foundation,in order to cultivate high-quality skilled talents in the new era that meet the needs of enterprises.The article analyzes a questionnaire survey of a vocational college in Fujian Province,explores an interview survey of a vocational college in Fujian Province,and points out that the student-centered reform path of "teachers,textbooks,teaching methods" in vocational English mainly focuses on strengthening the training of "dual teacher" English teachers,eliminating the phenomenon of teacher burnout,supplementing existing textbooks,reforming teaching methods,and imposing school enterprise cooperative professional English teaching.
