摘 要:当前教师资格考试存在国家统一考试和高等学校教育教学能力考核2种形式,考试在多大程度上促进英语师范专业教学是本研究关注的问题。通过对英语师范专业教师和学科负责人的深度访谈,发现国考强化了教师的师范教学意识,促使师范专业院系加强学生的教学技能培训;校考对教学的影响目前还不明显,命题多参考国考的形式,侧重对基础的专业知识和教学知识的考核。文章提出:为充分发挥教师资格考试的促教作用,应加深师范专业教师对考试的认识和师范教学意识,统筹专业教学与教学能力培养,促进学科知识与教学知识的融合;同时,加强校考中教学实践能力的考察力度,设计真实的、基于典型教学场景的教学能力测试,使校考引领学生教学实践能力的发展。This study aims to investigate the extent to which the Teacher Qualification Examination(TQE)promotes the education quality of English teaching majors.At present,there are two forms of TQE:the national examination and the examination of teaching ability in colleges and universities.Through in-depth interviews with teachers and deans of English Teacher Education Programs,it is found that the national examination has strengthened teachers′consciousness of teacher education and promoted the faculty to strengthen the teaching skills training of students.At present,the influence of the college examination on teaching is not obviously seen.This paper suggests that in order to give full play to TQE′s promoting teaching,it is necessary to deepen teachers′understanding of TQE,strengthen their consciousness of teacher education,coordinate specialized teaching and teaching ability training,and promote the integration of disciplinary knowledge and teaching knowledge.Also,the assessment of teaching ability in the college examination should receive more focus to guide the training of teaching ability.
